[§332D-2]  Restriction on manufacture ordistribution.  On or after January 1, 2006, a person may not manufacture,process, or distribute in commerce a product, or a flame‑retarded part ofa product, containing more than one‑tenth of one per cent, by mass, ofpentaBDE, octaBDE, or any other chemical formulation that is part of theseclassifications.
