[§332D-3]  Exception.  The term"process", as used in section 332D-2, does not include the processingof metallic recyclables containing pentaBDE, octaBDE, or any other chemicalformulation that is part of these classifications that is conducted in compliancewith all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
