§333F-19  Limitation of liability.  Theresponsibilities of the department to carry out this chapter shall be limitedto the resources available to carry out this chapter in a prudent manner.  Whenthese resources are exhausted, no action may be brought by, or on behalf of,any person or organization in any court to compel the provision of furtherservices.
