[§334B-6]  Penalty for violation.  Anyperson or agency who violates any provision of this chapter or any rule adoptedpursuant to this chapter or who submits any false information shall be guiltyof a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be subject to a penalty of not morethan $1,000.
