[§334-3.5]  Employment program for thechronically mentally ill established.  There is established within themental health division of the department of health a community-based employmentprogram for the chronically mentally ill to (1) create business enterprises foremployment of the chronically mentally ill; (2) teach the skills and attitudeswhich will enable the chronically mentally ill to become employed; and (3)provide support services including housing so that the chronically mentally illcan secure and maintain employment and live within the community.
