§334-7  Donations or grants to department. 
The department of health is authorized to accept donations or grants from
individuals and other agencies, public and private, to further the purposes of
the mental health program.  The donations or grants shall in fact be used for
the mental health program and for the intended purpose, if specified. [L 1967,
