§334-83  Hearing.  The court may taketestimony and may examine the patient and after a full and complete hearingshall render a decision in writing, setting forth its findings of fact andconclusions of law.  The court may award a fee to the guardian ad litem to bepaid out of any property of the patient or funds of the court availabletherefor.
