§334-84  Order.  If it is determinedthat the admission of the patient is regular and that the patient needscontinued hospitalization, the court shall issue an order authorizing thedetention of the patient at the facility.  If it is determined that the admissionof the patient is not regular or that the patient does not need continuedhospitalization, the court shall issue an order requiring the immediatedischarge of the patient from the facility.
