§335-2  Compact administrator.  Pursuantto the compact, the director of health shall be the compact administrator andthe officer who, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, maypromulgate rules and regulations to carry out more effectively the terms of thecompact.  The compact administrator shall cooperate with all departments,agencies, and officers of and in the government of this State and itssubdivisions in facilitating the present administration of the compact or ofany supplementary agreement or agreements entered into by this Statethereunder.
