§335-3  Supplementary agreements.  Thecompact administrator may enter into supplementary agreements with appropriateofficials of other states pursuant to article VII and XI of the compact.  Ifthe supplementary agreements require or contemplate the use of any institutionor facility of this State or require or contemplate the provision of anyservice by this State, no such agreement shall have force or effect untilapproved by the head of the department or agency under whose jurisdiction theinstitution or facility is operated or whose department or agency will becharged with the rendering of the service.
