[§339D-7.5]  Manufacturer and agentresponsibilities; regulatory compliance.  Each electronic devicemanufacturer and television manufacturer shall be responsible for ensuring thatthe manufacturer and its agents follow all federal, state, and local regulationswhen collecting, transporting, and recycling covered electronic devices orcovered televisions, and adopt environmentally sound recycling practices forthe covered electronic devices or covered televisions.
