[§339K-3]  Supplementary agreements. The compact administrator may enter into supplementary agreements withappropriate officials of other states pursuant to the compact.  In the eventthat the supplementary agreement requires or contemplates the use of anyinstitution or facility of the State or requires or contemplates the provisionof any service by the State, the supplementary agreement shall have no force oreffect until approved by the head of the department or agency under whosejurisdiction the institution or facility is operated or whose department oragency will be charged with the rendering of such service.
