[PARTIII.]  DRINKING WATER FINANCING

 

§340E-31  Definitions.  As used in thispart, unless the context otherwise requires:

"American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of2009" means the federal law, Public Law 111-5, making appropriations forvarious purposes, including job preservation and creation, infrastructureinvestment, energy efficiency and science, assistance to the unemployed, andstate and local fiscal stabilization purposes.

"Drinking water fund" means thedrinking water treatment revolving loan fund established by section 340E-35. [L1997, c 218, pt of §2; am L 2009, c 98, §4]
