[§340E-35]  Drinking water treatmentrevolving loan fund; establishment, purpose.  There is established in thestate treasury a fund to be known as the drinking water treatment revolvingloan fund to be administered by the director.  The fund shall be administered,operated, and maintained to remain available in perpetuity to provide loans andother financial assistance to eligible public water systems for projects oractivities eligible under this part and the Federal Act.
