§340F-7  Rules.  The board shalladopt rules as may be necessary for the administration of this chapter, whichshall include at least the following provisions:

(1)  The basis for classification of water treatmentplants and distribution systems as required by section 340F-2;

(2)  Criteria for the qualification of applicants foroperator certification corresponding to each of the classifications referred toin paragraph (1);

(3)  Procedures for examination of candidates andrenewal of certificates; and
