§340F-8  Prohibited acts.  It shall beunlawful:

(1)  For any public water system, or major segment ofa public water system such as a water treatment plant or distribution system,to be operated unless the operator is duly certified under this chapter; and

(2)  For any individual to perform the duties of anoperator without being duly certified under this chapter. [L 1991, c 273, pt of§1; am L 2000, c 196, §8]
