[§342B-23]  Application for permit. (a)  An application for a permit required pursuant to this chapter shall be inthe form prescribed by the director and for existing sources shall also beaccompanied by a compliance plan.

(b)  The department may require that permitapplications be accompanied by other plans, specifications, meteorologicalmonitoring data, ambient air quality monitoring data, and best availablecontrol technology analysis, and any other information necessary to identifythe source, the air emissions, and the air quality impacts and to determinewhether the proposed installation, modification, or operation will be in accordwith applicable rules and standards.
