[§342B-73]  Schedule of fees;
establishment.  The director may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91 that
specify a schedule of fees to be paid by the sources of greenhouse gas
emissions regulated pursuant to this part.  The revenues collected pursuant to
this section shall be deposited into the clean air special fund established
under section 342B-32 to be used for the purposes thereof. [L 2007, c 234, pt
