[§342B-73]  Schedule of fees;establishment.  The director may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91 thatspecify a schedule of fees to be paid by the sources of greenhouse gasemissions regulated pursuant to this part.  The revenues collected pursuant tothis section shall be deposited into the clean air special fund establishedunder section 342B-32 to be used for the purposes thereof.
