[§342D-13]  Fees.  The director mayestablish reasonable fees for the issuance of permits and variances to coverthe cost of issuance thereof and for the implementation and enforcement of theterms and conditions of permits and variances (not including court costs orother costs associated with any formal enforcement action).  The fees shall bedeposited to the credit of the general fund.
