[§342D-14]  Public records; confidentialinformation; penalties.  Reports submitted to the department on dischargesof waste shall be made available for inspection by the public duringestablished office hours unless such reports contain information of a confidentialnature concerning secret processes or methods of manufacture.  Any officer,employee, or agent of the department acquiring confidential information fromthe inspection authorized by section 342D-8 who divulges information except asauthorized in this chapter or except as ordered by a court or at anadministrative hearing regarding an alleged violation of this chapter or of anyrule or standard adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be fined not more than$1,000.
