§342D-16  Remedies preserved.  Noexisting civil or criminal remedy for any wrongful action that is a violationof any statute or any rule of the department or the ordinance of any countyshall be excluded or impaired by this chapter.  No existing civil or criminalremedy shall exclude or impair the remedies provided in this chapter.
