§342F-14  Fees.  The director mayestablish reasonable fees for the issuance of permits and variances to coverthe cost of issuance thereof and for the implementation and enforcement of theterms and conditions of permits and variances (not including court costs orother costs associated with any formal enforcement action).  All fees collectedpursuant to this section shall be deposited into the noise, radiation, andindoor air quality special fund established pursuant to section 342P-7.
