[§342F-15] Public records; confidentialinformation; penalties. Reports submitted to the department on theemission of excessive noise shall be made available for inspection by thepublic during established office hours unless such reports contain informationof a confidential nature concerning secret processes or methods ofmanufacture. Any officer, employee, or agent of the department acquiringconfidential information from the inspection authorized by section 342F-6 whodivulges information except as authorized in this chapter or except as orderedby a court or at an administrative hearing regarding an alleged violation ofthis chapter or of any rule or standard adopted pursuant to this chapter shallbe fined not more than $1,000.
