[§342G-109]  Rules; commencement.  Thedepartment may adopt rules pursuant to chapter 91 as may be necessary for thepurposes of this part.  Full implementation of the deposit beverage containerdeposit program shall commence no later than January 1, 2005. [L 2002, c 176,pt of §2]
