[§342G-122]  Advisory committee.  Thedepartment shall convene an advisory committee to assist it in developing anyrules needed to implement this chapter.  The department shall select members ofthe committee so as to obtain input on the state level as well as assess theimpact on each individual county, consumers, recyclers, and the beverageindustry.  Members of the committee shall be appointed by the director andshall serve at the director's pleasure.  A simple majority of the committeemembers shall constitute a quorum for the purposes of recommending rules andproviding input to the director.
