[§342G-45]  Establishment of an office paper
and other materials recovery program.  By January 1, 1992, the
department shall initiate an office paper and other materials recovery program
for all appropriate offices within the department.  By June 30, 1993, all
state and county agencies shall establish an office paper and other materials
