[Ā§342G-48]Ā  Recycling market development.Ā Databases on solid waste management alternatives and businesses involved inrecycling and bioconversion shall be developed and maintained as follows:

(1)Ā  Within one year of its establishment, the officeshall develop a database on the full range of solid waste managementalternatives.Ā  This database shall include, but not be limited to, informationon technology description, effectiveness, level of use elsewhere, availablevendors, and cost.Ā  This database shall beĀ  offered for the use of the publicand private sectors; and

(2)Ā  By January 1, 1993, the department ofbusiness, economic development, and tourism shall develop a database thatidentifies businesses involved in recycling and bioconversion.Ā  This databaseshall identify businesses that collect, transport, process, market, reuse, orpurchase these goods.
