§342G-71  Penalties.  Any person whoviolates any provision of this chapter or any rule adopted pursuant to thischapter shall be fined not more than $10,000 for each separate offense.  Eachday of each violation shall constitute a separate offense.  Any action taken toimpose or collect the penalty provided for in this section shall be madethrough administrative, civil, or criminal actions.
