§342J-11  Injunctive and other relief. The director may institute a civil action in any court of competentjurisdiction for injunctive and other relief to:

(1)  Address any release of hazardous waste or anyhazardous waste constituent pursuant to section 342J-36;

(2)  Prevent any violation of this chapter, any ruleadopted pursuant to this chapter, or any term or condition of a permit adoptedpursuant to this chapter, without the necessity of a prior revocation of thepermit; and

(3)  Impose and collect civil penalties, to collectadministrative penalties, and obtain other relief.
