§342J-34.5  Standards for persons who dealwith fuel.  The director may establish, by rule, standards applicable topersons who generate, transport, treat, store, dispose of, process, re-refine,burn (including burning for purposes of energy recovery), recycle, distribute,market, or otherwise handle any:

(1)  Fuel from any hazardous waste; or

(2)  Fuel from any hazardous waste and any othermaterial; or
