§342L-33  Release detection.  Thedepartment, pursuant to chapter 91, shall adopt standards of performance formaintaining a release detection system, including, but not limited to,inventory control, tightness testing, and any other methods designed to identifyreleases from the underground storage tank or tank system in a mannerconsistent with the protection of human health and the environment.
