§342P-43  Complaints; hearings; appointmentof masters.  The director may:

(1)  Receive or initiate complaints on asbestospollution or lead hazard violations, hold hearings in connection with asbestospollution or lead hazards violations, and institute legal proceedings in thename of the State for the prevention, control, or abatement of asbestospollution or lead hazards; and
