§346-103  Wages or salaries of publicservice employment.  Any person in occupations of public service employmentshall receive the prevailing rate of compensation for persons employed insimilar public employment.  If no prevailing rate exists, the director of humanservices shall determine the wage or salary; provided that no wage or salaryfor occupations of public service employment shall be less than the minimumwage as provided in section 387-2.
