§346-162  Rules; minimum standards.  Thedepartment of human services, after consultation with the department of health,the department of education, and the fire chiefs of the respective counties,shall make, prescribe, and publish such rules as are deemed necessary toprotect the best interests of minor children who are provided care in a groupchild care home or group child care center and to carry out the purposes ofthis subpart.
