C.  FamilyChild Care Home Registration

 

§346-171  Registration for family child carehome required.  No person shall operate or maintain a family child carehome unless registered to do so by the department of human services under thissubpart.  The registration shall be valid for:

(1)  One year for new applicants and for those whohave been registered for less than four years; and

(2)  Two years for those who have been registered forfour years or more,
