§346-30  Relief limited.  During thecontinuance of public assistance under this chapter, no recipient shall receiveany other public assistance from the State or any county, except for necessarymedical, dental, and surgical care, or in such amounts as are necessary tosupplement the public assistance granted pursuant to this chapter, where theamounts of such other public assistance from the State or any county have beentaken into consideration in deciding upon any application for publicassistance.
