§346-313  Program eligibility.  (a)  Allqualified residents of the State shall be eligible to participate in the Rxplus program.

(b)  The department:

(1)  Shall establish procedures to determineeligibility and shall issue program enrollment cards to eligible qualifiedresidents;

(2)  Shall undertake outreach efforts to build publicawareness of the program and maximize the enrollment of eligible qualifiedresidents; and

(3)  May adjust the requirements and terms of theprogram by rule to accommodate any federally funded or authorized prescriptiondrug program. [L 2002, c 76, pt of §1; am L 2004, c 47, §4]
