§346-45  Confidentiality of court records.  (a) The court shall maintain records of all adult protective proceedings under thischapter.  All court documents and records pertaining to the action orproceeding shall be subject to inspection only by the vulnerable adult, and thevulnerable adult's guardian, conservator, their respective attorneys, theguardian ad litem of the vulnerable adult, and the other parties and theirrespective attorneys or guardians ad litem.

(b)  All other requests for informationcontained in the confidential record shall be made in writing and shall includethe reasons for the request and how the information is to be used and may begranted by the court for good cause.
