§§346-51 to 62  [OLD] REPEALED.  L 1975,c 145, §1(3).

 

§346-51  Public assistance and child welfareservices administered by department.  The department of human servicesshall administer public assistance and child welfare services in the severalcounties except for payments administered under the Federal SupplementalSecurity Income Program or its successor agency.  No person shall be denied theright to petition the department for additional assistance as established undersection 346-53(f).
