[§346-52]  Aged, blind, and permanently andtotally disabled persons; eligibility for assistance.  A person shall beeligible for public assistance who meets the requirements established by theFederal Supplemental Security Income Program or its successor agency, providedthe person is also determined needy in accordance with state standards.
