§346-56  State reimbursement.  Thedepartment of human services shall comply with all federal requirementspertaining to methods and standards of administration and shall make such rulesand regulations and follow such procedures as may be required for the receiptfrom the federal government of grants or grants-in-aid for public assistanceand such administrative costs as are provided in connection therewith.
