[§346-64.5]  Eligibility for choreservices.  (a)  An applicant for chore services shall be eligible when theapplicant meets program requirements for chore services and income eligibilitystandards as established by the department of human services.  Incomeeligibility standards shall include individuals who have been found eligiblefor medical assistance under the department's Medicaid program.

(b)  For the purposes of this section,"chore services" means essential housecleaning and related activitiessuch as marketing, cooking, and cleaning. [L 1988, c 208, §1]
