§346-83  Day care centers for disabled andaged persons.  The department shall be responsible for the recruitment andlicensing of day care centers for elder disabled and aged persons.  Thedepartment shall develop and publish such rules and regulations and minimumstandards as are necessary to protect the best interests of adults receivingcare in such places.  The rules and regulations shall have the force and effectof law and shall be administered by the department.
