§347-15  Fares for blind person and guide. It shall be lawful under the law of the State for any carrier, whether publicor private, whether a public utility or not a public utility, to carry on anyconveyance operated by the carrier any blind person and the blind person'sguide and not to charge them passenger fares.  This section shall not beconstrued to affect the contractual rights of any person or to place anyobligation or restriction on any carrier.
