§347-4  Vocational rehabilitation of blind. The department of human services shall provide vocational rehabilitation forblind and visually handicapped persons in accordance with the provisions of thefederal Vocational Rehabilitation Act and the Randolph-Sheppard Act and inaccordance with chapter 348, to the extent permitted by the amountappropriated, funds available from the federal government, and other donations,and grants.
