§347-7  Agencies for information andindustrial aid.  The department of human services shall maintain or causeto be maintained one or more agencies for employment information and industrialaid, the object of which shall be to aid the blind and visually handicappedpersons in finding employment and shall provide instruction for such persons intrades and occupations which may be followed in their homes, and shall assistsuch persons in whatever manner it deems advisable in disposing of the productsof their home industry.
