§347-9  Visiting blind and visuallyhandicapped persons; home teaching.  The department of human services maytake whatever measures it deems necessary to ameliorate the condition of blindand visually handicapped persons by promoting visits among them, providinginstruction in their homes, and circulating reading matter among them for theireducation and recreation.
