[§348F-7]  Disability and communicationaccess board special fund.  (a)  There is established the disability andcommunication access board special fund to be administered by the disabilityand communication access board.  All moneys received by the disability andcommunication access board as application fees for credentialing ofinterpreters shall be deposited into the special fund.  All interest earned oraccrued on moneys deposited into this special fund shall become part of thespecial fund.

(b)  Moneys in the disability and communicationaccess board special fund shall be expended to cover all costs of administeringthis chapter including the costs of administering the program for the statecredentialing of interpreters. [L 2001, c 192, pt of §2]
