[§349-24]  Wilful interference; prohibited. Any individual, including any long-term care facility or long-term carefacility employee, who wilfully interferes with or impedes the long-term careombudsman or designee in the performance of the long-term care ombudsman's ordesignee's duties pursuant to this part shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.  Eachseparate act of wilful interference and each day during which any wilfulinterference continues shall constitute a separate offense.
