§349-7  Recognition as responsible stateagency.  The executive office on aging shall be the single state agencyresponsible for programs affecting senior citizens of this State; provided thatthose programs affecting senior citizens now operated by other departments oragencies shall not be transferred to the executive office on aging except byexecutive order of the governor.
